Making A Purchase
We accept credit card payment, once an order is placed we will debit your card in pounds sterling (UK).
Payments to Living Clay Ceramics are processed via Paypal enabling Paypal registered customers to complete a purchase without having to share their financial details online. At checkout, customers are also able to pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Alternatively please call 02890 426311 during office hours to place your order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
UK orders are normally delivered within 3-4 days from date of dispatch.
International Delivery
International orders may be subject to customs processing depending on the item’s declared value.
As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:
– delays from customs inspection.
– import duties and taxes which you may be required to pay.
– brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
Your country’s customs office can offer more details.
Credit Card Security
For your peace of mind, when orders are placed at our website credit card details are processed on our behalf by PayPal using 128 bit SSL encryption, they are not sent or held on any of our computers.

Return and Refund Policy
A refund will not be provided on commissioned sculpture or products which have been modified in accordance with customers instructions, other than for damage in transit .
Please note: that we will not give a refund if the product is damaged due to inadequate return packaging. If returning a product to us, please use the same or equivalent packaging to that in which it was supplied.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt and return the item to us in its packaging.
On receipt of the item, we will either replace it or give you a full refund according to your wishes.
Photographs
Any original photographs provided for the purpose of obtaining a quotation or for commissioning a sculpture will be returned. Living Clay Ceramics retain the right to use images of completed sculptures on our website as evidence of our work. Please advise at the time of commission if you do not wish original photographs to be included.
